FAQ for our Ensenada Cruise Excursion:

What is earliest safe time to book and make it from the ship? 8.45am. We regularly have cruisers meet us at 8:30 and 8:45am for excursions, so 8.45 am pick up is no stress if you are an early bird. We wait for you anyway! The pick up spot is a 7min walk from ship door, with map and pick up picture in the. Most ships dock just before 8 and open doors about 8:15. Ensenada is not tender port, so easy to exit. And with early pick-up, you can take drop off downtown to shop, enjoy tacos, and other things to do in Ensenada before walking back 3 blocks to port. Additionally, we can add an afternoon Tour with pick up from Spa, directly to Wine Tasting and Lunch, ATV, Zipline. All aboard is usually 4 pm in winter and 4.30 in summer.

What is the latest time to safely book and get back to ship? Port pick up, 2pm latest is latest stress-free port pick-up on normal ship schedule. We have a back-to-ship guarantee and we will let you know if you book too late.

What time does the Massage begin?

Booking time is the time of Pick up. Total appointment time is roughly massage time plus 40 minutes until drop off. This allows about 13 min to spa, unload, use the bathroom, therapist talk, Massage time, 13 min to finish, dress, pay, and 13 min back to Cruiseport downtown.

Do I need an appointment?

Highly recommended, but not required. Online booking is open 5 hours before. We take same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome 9 - 6.

If you arrive and we are busy, we have a lobby with wifi, and there is a great taco stand 2 blocks away, a restaurant on the same block, and meditation gardens to explore nearby.

Deposit online easily 5 hours before or call, or text us for same-day availability.

Where do you pick up?

At cruise port security by default or at Hussongs/Papas and Beer. The port pick-up is just outside ship security in front of a large glass building (Carocal Museum) under a huge billboard. Just an easy and safe 8-minute walk from Ship Door. After booking, your confirmation emails will have a map and photo.

Most groups plan:

• massage morning with pick up at port and afternoon drop off at downtown for shopping or Ensenada wine tasting and lunch at amazing Santo Tomas,

• A morning city tour or excursion with pick up at the port, bring you to Ensenada Massage, and drop you back at port.

When will we be back to Ship?

The total experience duration will be approximately 40 minutes more than the length of the massage. So if you book our most popular 90min, at 1 pm, you will be at ship at 3:10 pm.

• Pick up 1 pm

• 12 min to Spa

• 7 min for therapist conversation and begin massage

• 90min massage

• 9 min to wake up from massage sleep and pay

• 12 min back to ship.

Ships typically dock at 7:50, and passengers are leaving ship by 8:15, with all aboard times at 4:30. You have plenty of time to do a massage and other activity downtown or an excursion. Check your port time here:

Will we miss the ship??

Nop. We offer Back to Ship Gaurantee until 2.15 pick ups (2.30 coming off a tour combo). I too have seen funny videos of people running to the ship! We guarantee you will get back, or Jesse will cover your expenses. It has never happened to our massage or excursions team in 15 years and 1000+ couples and groups.

Keep in mind the ships also use this as a marketing tactic from the ships to scare you into not trusting local businesses and booking with them and their partners (who agree to pay about 50% of the gross revenue to the cruise company). Please support local small business.

Even if you arrive to the spa walking, we can take you back to the ship, no problem.

What if the ship changes port days or arrives late, or cancels Ensenada Port Day?

With our No Port - No Pay Policy, no charge to you! We automatically reschedule your appointment or cancel and refund the deposit as part of our no-worry policies.

I don’t see an online option for the Package I want!

We love to customize packages, please email or call us. Or just book the time slot so we have the spa reserved for you, and email the customization you want. If you don’t like the pricing, free cancelation 24hrs.

Can you pick us up / drop us off at La Primera Papas and Beer or Downtown Hotel?

Yes, just let us know when you book. We can drop you off after at Papas and Beer. For morning appointments we can easily drop you of on La Primera for shopping and walk back to ship. Mid-day and afternoon appointments we can easily pick you up from La Primera (Houssongs) after you have walked and shopped. When combined with a morning excursion, we can drop you near our spa (two blocks) for a relaxed lunch before the massage at Jesse’s favorite tacos place.

Can we walk to your Massage Studio instead of Cruise Port pick-up’?

Yes, it’s about a 15-block, 37-minute safe walk, taking this walking route along boardwalk (malecon) and through Santo Tomas Cultural Plaza (where we do downtown wine tasting) here. Picture on contact page. The walk is safe. Plenty of souvenir, coffee, and taco places along the way.

If you walk to us, we can drop you off for $10, or if you take our ride to the spa, you can walk back on your own.

Is Ensenada Massage near the Cruise port?

Yes, we are in Downtown Ensenada, a safe, clean medical area, 15 blocks from the cruise port. Our cruise packages on this page include pick up and drop off with a back-to-ship guarantee. If you want to walk, you can book similar packages without transportation.

How do I book a Massage and Tour package?

Usually, it works best to tour in the morning and massage in the afternoon. Your private driver will be waiting outside the spa when you are done with the massage.

Online book the tour you want in the morning, and mention the massage you would like afternoon in the booking notes. We will set it up and email confirmation pricing. We own both businesses. Claudia is in charge of Massage and Ena more in charge of Tours.

Do you pick up from Carnival Excursion, Royal Caribbean Navigator, Disney Wonder, Princess, and Norwegian Bliss?

Yes, we service all cruise lines. They park in the same cruise port, so our pick-up point is the same. If you book an Excursion through the cruise line and not our TripAdvisor #1 Ensenada Excursions Team;), we can pick you up at port security or Pueblo Antiguo(where the shuttle drops off from port).

Do you have Product sales pressure like Carnival Spa and other ship spas?

No, we don’t sell products like the ship spas, so no product sales pitch. Just an amazing massage and kind, friendly service.

Can we all go at once in the same room?

Yes, we have room for up to 14 with pre booking. Our large couples rooms accommodate up to 6 in a room. Couples can be separated by a thick curtain, that only allows sound to pass. This allows a social relaxation experience and saves time. The ship spas are set up at higher pricing and not for groups of 3 or more. If you require separate rooms, book separately or choose 4 pack with extra room upgrade option.

Is Ensenada Time Same as Ship Time?

Yes, Ensenada is on PST, same time as LA, SD, and most ships. Please note Cabo does not follow daylight savings time.
